Shipping policy

We charge a flat $5.00 shipping fee for all orders purchased within the U.S.

For standard orders, items will ship within 5 business days of order confirmation. For custom gifts & orders, please allow up to 14 days for completion (depending on project size/complexity) after the final project is approved and purchased.

You will receive an email notification once your order ships.

Orders are processed in the order received. If you have a need for expedited processing, please contact me **prior to completing your purchase** to see if an arrangement can be made for expedited processing with an additional charge added. You may do so by emailing me (hello@polishedembroidery.com) or using the Contact Me page in the shop.

International shipping is not available at this time. I hope to offer it soon! Stay tuned by subscribing to emails to learn more.
