Refund policy

We want you to be super happy with your order, whether the purchase is for you or it is a gift for someone you love!

For standard purchases, shop items, returns, refunds, and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of the date you received your order. Your item was lovingly made and packaged just for you. Please inspect your order immediately upon its arrival for accuracy and/or damage.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, we must receive your item back in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us to request a refund. We will determine eligibility once the item is returned to us. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt back. Please allow time for your bank to post the returned funds to you.

Exchanges

If you are interested in an exchange, please contact us first to ensure a smooth process. If an exchange is approved, you will receive an email with instructions. Once an item is received for exchange, the requested item will be sent out to you, with an additional $5.00 charged for shipping.

Exchanges and Refunds will *not* be processed if you do not contact us prior to returning your item. No exceptions.

Custom Orders

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on custom orders and gifts. Once the project is approved by you via email and the item purchased, all sales are final.

Sale Items

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available on sale items.

Aspirational Satisfaction

In the case of custom or sale pieces, if there is an issue upon receipt of your item, please contact me so to see if something can be done to ensure your satisfaction with the piece.
